New acceptance points and expansion of the retail segments
Hamburg, November 18, 2013: NuBON has gained the independent petrol station company ‘Q1 Tankstellenvertrieb’ as a new partner. In the future, various digital services by NuBON will be introduced at a total of 180 petrol stations and petrol station shops – primarily of the Q1 brand – throughout Germany. In regional terms, the petrol station network is concentrated in Northern and Western Germany as well as in the centre of the country.
The service will start off with digital receipts, which will then be followed by the integration of applications for a “Q1 advantage card” as well as mobile couponing. It is expected to go live in the first half of 2014. Q1 Tankstellenvertrieb, headquartered in Osnabrück, Germany, is one of the five largest petrol station operators in the German medium-sized sector.
“For NuBON, the collaboration with Q1 means gaining entry to a new trade segment as well as a significant increase in acceptance points”, says Norbert Gödicke, Managing Director of NuBON GmbH & Co. KG. “Services such as digital receipts, which can be managed transparently with NuBON and can be archived for tax returns, are extremely attractive for petrol station customers and business travellers.”
“Q1 is always on the search for innovative ideas that we can use to further improve our customer service”, explains Dirk Greife, Managing Director of Q1 Tankstellenvertrieb GmbH & Co. KG. “We are therefore delighted to take new approaches in the petrol station market with this service offering.”
