easycash, Germany's largest payment service provider, has been developing market-driven solutions for card-based cashless payment transactions since 1992. It offers an all-inclusive one-stop service and covers all relevant aspects of card-based payment solutions with the business segments POS infrastructure, payment processing, issuing processing, acquiring, payment services as well as card and loyalty solutions.

easycash's range of products comprises user-friendly terminals, powerful solutions in the field of transaction processing and additional support services. The company holds acquiring licenses for all common debit and credit cards. All payment procedures are supported and can be individually combined. Its proprietary OLV® payment procedure makes easycash the largest debit processor with the most conclusive lock file in the German market. Comprehensive services, customer-specific solutions, a proprietary card management and clearing system – allowing individual card solutions to be integrated into the existing POS infrastructure – round off the full-service portfolio.

easycash employs over 360 staff and supports 92,000 retailers with 265,000 terminals. Close to 1 billion payment transactions were processed in 2009. Over one third were girocard and Maestro transactions, making easycash the leader in processing payment transactions per girocard and Maestro. easycash accounts for a transaction volume of approximately 52 billion Euro.

At the end of 2009, easycash was acquired by Ingenico, the leading provider of payment solutions (Euronext: FR0000125346 – ING). 15 million Ingenico terminals are used in 140 countries worldwide; 3,000 employees provide innovative and secure solutions in the field of electronic payments available for the retail, bank, and service industries around the globe.

The core competence of easycash Loyalty Solutions GmbH is the development, implementation and support of individual customer card programs. From voucher, bonus and customer cards up to marketing services, the company offers powerful solutions for the effective support of existing customers and for the acquisition of new customers. With OPAL, the specialist for customer loyalty management offers a web-based, currency-independent and multi-lingual software platform that allows for customized and efficient processes.

Germany's market leader in customer loyalty concepts operates many different programs throughout Europe. easycash Loyalty Solutions supports a total of over 21 million customer accounts and processed 30 million payment and bonus transactions in 2009.
