Bill Dixon founded 3D Exhibits in 1995 after thirty years in the exhibit industry. In 3D, Bill envisioned a company committed to clients. His philosophy was simple: take care of clients, business will follow.

When Gene Faut joined the 3D team a year and a half later, he was intrigued by Bill's philosophy. Gene had looked at taking the lead of other companies, but found corporate cultures that stifled employees' creativity and passion.
