NEWS The line thermosealing machines TSS130 and TSS135 are ideal to seal preformed trays, both of different sizes and of materials, using suitable closing film.The PATENTED trays movement is completely pneumatic, without using any chains, and it allows an high productivity and security.These new and innovative models of line thermosealing machines are an ideal solution, in order to have a faster and safer output.

TSS130

It´s manufactured to seal preformed trays, using a line system and film of compatible closing.
It´s manufactured in stainless steel and anodised aluminium.
It has a mobile trolley.
The vacuum pump and the general equipment are included inside the machine.
It can seal both in automatic and manual system.
It has ten memorizable programs.
It has an electronic control of sealing plate temperature ( 0 - 200°C ).
Three different kinds of packaging can be carried out:
• Standard sealing;
• Vacuum + standard sealing;
• Vacuum + gas + standard sealing;
An electrical sensor controls the vacuum degree and the gas quantity.
Custom-made moulds with the die-cut.
It has teflon covered aluminium sealing plate.
The change-mould is easy and quick.
PATENTED pneumatic trays mouvement.
