KIND4stores will showcase its modular shopfitting programme at EuroShop26. Visitors will see how quickly and flexibly the modern HK25 display unit system can be set up, expanded and adjusted to suit any product range. The key to this long-lived and cost-effective success story is that the shelves of the shelving system can be fitted with slats, and all common axle or shelf sizes on the market are covered.

While conventional shelves for shelving systems are normally made from one continuous piece, a shelf of the HK25 system can also consist of the same brackets. These can be fitted with slats of the same length in just a few seconds. So instead of a fixed single element, with this variant you can freely combine two different component types. Assembly can be carried out independently in just a few steps without the need for tools: the 107 mm-wide slats are simply hooked into the brackets.

The benefits of this type of shelf in detail:

·     For shelves with the same width but different frame depth, the same standard slats can be used throughout.

·     Logistics for stockage and use of shelves are simplified, as identical slat lengths can be used throughout, thus saving valuable storage space.

·     Compared with classic shelves, the high-quality steel slat shelves are more stable and robust, even though they are lighter themselves.

·     Dirty shelves are easier to clean, as slats can be removed individually.

·     Repositioning instead of buying new: instead of replacing worn-looking slats with brand-new ones, you can swap the shabbier ones at the front with well-preserved ones from the back – a quick and easy solution.

·     You can also replace individual slats with brand-new ones, without having to purchase an entire new shelf – offering further potential for savings.

·     Slat shelves are an integral part of the HK25 shopfitting system, thereby guaranteeing compatibility, e.g. with classification systems and price labelling. The spectrum ranges from digital price tags to continuous LCD displays.

·     Slats are an inherent part of the recycling programme for shopfitting elements offered by KIND4stores. This allows additional savings potential and boosts sustainability.

KIND4stores has thus created a standard which, compared with fixed, classically designed shelves, is considerably more flexible and offers better performance.
